Hotel Reservations will be managed this year by the Veterans Caucus
Cancellations will be accepted until November 01, 2023, for a full refund.
Cancellations received after November 1, 2023, will forfeit full payment.
Room reservations will be made at the same time as your conference registration
When you open the conference booking link, you will find only two types of rooms available.
Melia Room or Premium Room.
These Rooms are available with 2 Double Beds or 1 King Bed.
Premium Rooms are available in limited quantities
The starting price for a room is our contracted rate of $285.00/night for two in a room, All Inclusive!!!
If you would are in need of a different room, please contact us to allow us to see what is available.
The option of payment of the total amount for the reservation or an option of a partial payment of the registration fees and three (3) nights of resort fees will be available at the time of registration. All balances will be charged to the credit card on file on October 01, 2023.

The Board of Directors is planning a Sunset Cruise on Bandaras Bay....It will be limited to the First 50 attendees who sign up.

Airport and Transportation Information
Participants should fly into Puerto Vallarta's Licenciado Gustavo Diaz Ordas International Airport (PVR)
Shuttle transportation, via Global Travel, to/from the hotel, can be booked during the conference registration process.
Please use the Shuttle Transport Booking link home page to check out the additional excursions that are being offered at low group rates.
Global Travel will have a desk at our meeting registration area to book excursions during the meeting dates.
The conference hotel is only 1.4 miles from the airport; usually less than a 15-minute shuttle ride.

- All participants must complete the migratory documents proving that they reside outside of Mexico.
- All participants must provide the hotel with a photocopy of their passport upon check-in
