The winner will be selected at our 2024 AAPA Annual Conference in Houston, Texas on Monday, 20 May 2024 during our Annual Veterans Caucus Memorial Ceremony and Federal Services Reception.

The winner need not be present to win.

Purchase of our raffle tickets are tax deductible as a donation to our 501-3C charity which supports veteran PA student scholarships.
