The Annual Memorial Day Ceremony will be held on Monday, May 27, 2013 from 5:00 PM to 7:00PM in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Level 3, Ballroom B. This event is being held during the national AAPA Conference IMPACT 2013 in Washington, D.C. celebrating 33 years of the AAPA Veterans Caucus. We will pay tribute to our fallen cmardes. Seating begins promptly at 4:45PM
The Memorial Day Reception will be held immediately following the ceremony. Plan to stay and enjoy refreshments and camaraderie. During the reception the Caucus we will have our annual auction to benefit the Caucus Scholarship Fund. Items up for grabs include a quilt donated by Laura and Thomas Hume, a framed "God Loves the Grunt" print and a framed limited edition print of "Reflections", donated by Tim & Jacki Egan. The artist is David W. Ehlert and he holds a Masters from the University of Chicago .He started the Cognition Studio in 2001 [http://cognitionstudio.com/]. As you know, the artwork was the front cover of the Caucus 20th Anniversary Journal.
