Operation Stand down Tennessee – Donation

April 15, 2020 By John Western

April 1, 2020 Operation Stand Down Tennessee (OSDTN) CEO – John Krenson and COO – Eden Murrie thankfully received a $500 donation from the Veterans Caucus of the AAPA.
OSDTN leadership are grateful that the veterans caucus singled them out for this donation from so many deserving veterans charities. Caucus members have an open invitation invited to tour their facility in Nashville. They were disappointed that our conference was cancelled. But they were very happy to accept the donation. The COVID 19 pandemic and the recent tornadoes have hit veterans hard. Many have been laid off or who have lost their homes. Veterans needs have increased while donations have not.
Karen Fitzhugh the OSDTN Development and Events Manager states that the money will come in handy for their food pantry. They are continuously filling and dispensing food and toiletries to needy veteran families in the Nashville region. Karen is proud to say, that over 60% of OSDTN’s staff are Veterans. You are welcome to visit their website at www.osdtn.org if you would like to obtain additional information or for further ways to contribute.
The Charity Committee and the Board of Directors are proud to recognize OSDTN for their continued efforts to assist Veterans. -Dallas W. Lipscomb DMSc, PA-C , Chairman
